Web 2.0 / Schools

From Joyce Valenza's Neverendingsearch blog (on the School Library Journal website) I learnt about the November Learning's Building Learning Communities conference (which took place in Boston, USA 2 weeks ago) and the 28 powerpoints from it that have been put on Slideshare at http://www.slideshare.net/tag/blc09 The presentations include ones such as:
- Top 10+ Online Web 2.0 Tools You Can Use for Teaching
- Extreme (web 2.0) Lesson Plan Makeover v2
- School library 2.0
- Narrative inquiry ("How to compose a story that represents experiences truthfully while also acknowledging that we can never really tell the whole truth")

There is also a presentation about Voicethread, which is one of the featured tools on the list in this article:
